📋 Description

• Design and build knowledge graphs that turn unstructured content into structured, reliable knowledge • Build agents and agentic retrieval systems that find, check, and use knowledge • Use real-user feedback to maintain knowledge accuracy and improve results • Define quality measurements and use them to determine what ships • Set technical direction and make build-versus-buy decisions • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to turn research into customer-facing features • Mentor engineers and data scientists • Establish standards for experiments and model delivery • Work closely with teams across Canada, the UK, and India • Work 11:00 am–7:30 pm IST to support overlapping global collaboration hours

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years applying ML in production • Strong background in NLP and LLMs • Experience with RAG expected • Experience fine-tuning LLMs and classical ML expected • Track record of designing evaluations and using them to decide what ships • 3+ years building knowledge graphs in production • Experience with ontology design, information extraction, and entity resolution • Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j and query languages such as Cypher • 3+ years building LLM-based agents in production • Experience with planning, tool use, and orchestration • Experience improving agent reliability through evaluation, guardrails, and human review • Strong Python and software engineering skills • Experience shipping ML services to production • Experience setting technical direction and mentoring senior engineers and data scientists • Ability to explain technical trade-offs in terms of customer value • Experience with graph neural networks or knowledge graph embeddings preferred • Published work or open-source contributions in knowledge graphs, information extraction, or agents preferred • Must be located in India • Must be legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship
