• You take overall responsibility for sales performance and achieving revenue targets. • You lead and develop the sales team (Setters, Closers) and build clear structures and processes to maximize productivity. • You define, develop, and track key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure compliance through continuous monitoring. • You analyze current sales and marketing processes, identify bottlenecks, and independently implement optimization projects. • You support the team operationally as needed in acquisition (Lead-Hunting), qualification (Setting), and closing (Closing), bringing your experience to the table. • You prepare competitive analyses and market insights to continuously refine and sharpen our sales strategy. • You work closely with the CEO and the marketing team to improve lead quality and ensure a smooth handover from lead to customer. • You translate product insights into compelling sales arguments and sales scripts.
• Proven experience in direct sales (B2C and/or B2B) and in strategic sales management. • Sales leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members. • Expertise across the entire sales chain (Lead-Hunting, Setting, Closing) and willingness to contribute operationally. • Strong analytical thinking to develop KPIs, track processes, and identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline. • Deep understanding of the interdependencies between sales and marketing processes. • High initiative and the ability to independently own complex process-optimization projects from analysis through implementation. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (CEO, Marketing). • You embody the company’s values and vision — both internally and with customers. • Minimum German language skills at C1 level.
