📋 Description

• You maintain an overview of all projects within the team and can set SMART goals and break them down into actionable steps to achieve them • You are responsible for your team and their development • You participate in the weekly priority meetings and actively help shape the company • You process vacation requests and are responsible for ensuring the department is always optimally staffed • As a mentor, you lead group calls in your areas of expertise, conduct 1:1 calls with your mentees, and produce videos for our Academy in your expert area

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in your area of expertise as a mentor and in leading teams • You can guide yourself and others and lead in a positive, constructive manner • Solid knowledge across multiple areas of the online marketing journey • Experience leading trainings, workshops, or seminars • Creativity and the ability to innovate and develop new approaches and solutions • Resilience and flexibility to perform confidently in challenging situations • Proactivity and enthusiasm for the success of your mentees and your team • You go the extra mile, are intrinsically motivated, take ownership, and fully embody the company’s DNA and vision • Minimum German language skills at C1 level required
