📋 Description

• Lead strategic value-add services for SoSafe Consulting • Develop a consulting methodology focused on behavior change • Act as a builder and architect of the consulting function • Mentor teams and lead high-stakes customer engagements • Advocate for Human Risk Management in executive-level discussions • Provide feedback to internal teams for product optimization • Align services with broader commercial goals and monitor effectiveness • Manage strategic stakeholder relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Security Consulting, Risk Management, or a related cybersecurity leadership role • Demonstrated ability to translate a conceptual framework into a structured service catalog and consulting methodology • Highly professional communicator with executive presence • Deep understanding of human risk and behavioral science • Strong ability to interpret behavioral data and security metrics • Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing a professional services or consulting function in a cybersecurity environment (SaaS or external consulting)
