📋 Description

• Act as the expert and local representative on specific client assessment requirements and manage clients’ external risk monitoring programs • Provide guidance to suppliers, respond to inquiries, calibrate teams, and maintain updated systems and documents • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and factories to ensure service delivery quality and timelines • Work directly with factories to implement corrective actions and de-escalate critical issues • Conduct social compliance webinars and on-site health and safety training • Prepare data reporting, analysis, and summary reports, including program trends analysis and supply chain scorecards • Maintain internal guidance, standard operating procedures, and instructions supporting global supply-chain client expectations and SOW obligations • Gather current local legal requirements related to social compliance • Visit client factories regularly and prepare timely reports • Support feedback mechanisms between clients and suppliers • Improve overall program effectiveness and satisfy client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English and native-level proficiency in the local language • Four-year college degree • 3+ years of social auditing or on-the-ground training experience in ethical sourcing, labor compliance, or environmental monitoring for a brand, retailer, or service provider • Good understanding of ethical sourcing, labor compliance, social compliance requirements, and local environmental regulations • Previous experience with supply-chain CSR risks or minimum-wage reimbursement projects is an advantage • High level of integrity and honesty • Analytical skills and ability to identify risks • Ability to work independently • Extreme attention to detail and timelines • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Proactive, self-starter able to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects across stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Able to conduct regular factory visits, traveling 50% of working time
