• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and account openings • Advise on the optimal media mix across online and offline channels • Lead and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns • Improve visibility across search, AI search, and other high-intent channels • Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurturing journeys • Analyze campaign and funnel performance and translate insights into improvements • Collaborate with content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product teams • Stay ahead of marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities • Contribute actively to squad planning, prioritization, and strategy
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing • Proven experience driving measurable growth through campaigns, search, conversion optimization, and funnel improvements • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRO, lead generation, and customer journeys • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands-on • Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills • Native Dutch or strong Dutch fluency and excellent English skills
