📋 Description
• Build and maintain pipelines to ingest data from Salesforce and various other data sources • Build and maintain dbt models to transform data using Medallion architecture for business intelligence tools • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team, monitoring and implementing data warehouse enhancement requests • Collaborate with team members in different time zones • Share Snowflake and dbt best practices with the team • Build data infrastructure from scratch • Develop mentoring skills and help expand the team’s skillset
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in data engineering • Experience developing pipelines to ingest and transform data using REST APIs, AWS S3, and Airflow • Experience building dbt models using Medallion architecture • Experience maintaining dimensional data models with Type 2 SCDs and star schemas • Experience maintaining data warehouses on SQL Server • Essential experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across time zones
