• With passion, you proactively acquire new customers and drive the expansion of the Lyreco brand • With a customer-focused and proactive approach, you build long-term relationships and advise customers using our solutions and service portfolio • You independently prepare proposals and proactively follow them up • By building strong business relationships, you work strategically on the development of your customer portfolio • You analyze customer needs using our sales tools and systems and develop new solution offerings for your customers • You consistently monitor your sales, margin, and growth targets and independently prioritize opportunities and activities within your assigned territory
• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, preferably with initial professional experience • Proficient in common MS Office applications • Business-fluent German language skills • Analytical skills and an affinity for digital sales tools • Structured, solution-oriented, and flexible working style • Taking responsibility and a commitment to continuous learning are top priorities for you • A valid Class B driving license is required
• Base salary & bonus scheme (80% fixed, 20% commission-based) • Fixed salary approximately between €3,000 and €3,500 gross (occasionally higher in individual cases) • Variable pay (overachievement up to 300% possible) and a 13th salary as holiday and Christmas pay • A 40-hour workweek with flexible working hours • You will receive a company car, including a fuel card for professional and private use • 30 days of annual leave • A laptop and a company mobile phone to support your daily work • A monthly allowance of your choice in the form of fuel vouchers, train tickets, gym membership contributions, IT leasing, and more • Benefit from our company pension plan or capital-forming benefits (Vermögenswirksame Leistungen) • Comprehensive onboarding through training, workshops, seminars and a mentor (m/f/d) to support you • Exciting development opportunities in an internationally operating family-owned company
