📋 Description
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses • Assist in preparing client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and other deliverables • Conduct market research, company analysis, and industry benchmarking • Support deal execution through due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordination • Collaborate with Analysts, Associates, and senior leadership on active mandates • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning core investment banking skills
🎯 Requirements
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related field • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Clear and effective communication skills (Spanish and English fluency required) • Located in Latin America • Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields (preferred) • Familiarity with the Latin America and Caribbean markets (preferred) • Interest in sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials (preferred)
