📋 Description

• Transform briefs and ideas into high-quality videos, animations, and visual content with strong pacing and impact • Create and edit content for Reels, Stories, media videos, presentations, and corporate communications • Develop animations and motion graphics assets using After Effects • Edit videos using Premiere Pro, working with pacing, storytelling, cuts, music, text, and graphic elements • Adapt creative concepts to different formats and client needs • Collaborate with the Creative, Planning, Media, and Account teams • Organize projects and files, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust with clients from the first interaction • Proven experience in the agency market • Ability to work effectively across sales, client relations, and operations • Results-oriented mindset, with the autonomy to manage processes from end to end • Ability to manage the transition between what was sold and what will be delivered without compromising consistency • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator • Experience with AI tools applied to video, imagery, or creative work • Experience working on projects across different industries and formats
