📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Macrobond's product line, including functionality, design, and benefits • Interact with customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to clients and potential customers • Assist in creating promotional materials and product marketing strategies • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives • Provide pre-sale support and feedback to customers • Monitor market trends and competitor products • Train other staff members on product details • Assist in product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends • Resolve product-related issues in a timely manner • Collaborate with clients and colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, and Product

• Deep understanding of Macrobond's products, including features, benefits, and applications • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions • Ability to analyse market trends, customer data, and product performance to make informed decisions • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in product management and development • Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions • Understanding of marketing strategies and how to promote products effectively • Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to achieve common goals • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs • Capability to train other staff members on product details and usage • Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of product management
