📋 Description

• Business analysis and support in migration and transition projects within the banking environment • Process management: capturing and analyzing current-state processes (framework), modeling and evaluating them, identifying optimization measures and implementing efficient target-state processes • Data analysis using Excel and SQL queries • Preparation of functional/business requirements for the bank's product areas • Development and adjustment of interfaces from the core banking system to solution providers by creating interface and mapping documents • Creation and implementation of business and IT conceptual designs for all financial services products • Planning and execution of regression and acceptance tests

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) informatics/computer science, business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualification • Extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the areas mentioned above • Experience in executing and supporting process management projects • At least 3 years of experience in comparable projects • Professional competence to present complex interrelations clearly and convincingly • Excellent communication skills when collaborating with various stakeholders • Strong abstraction ability, analytical thinking, creativity, and communication skills • Flexibility, commitment, teamwork, and willingness to develop professionally • Fluent German and very good English skills • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) • Independent, self-responsible and team-oriented working style
