📋 Description

• Optimize the advertising infrastructure and ensure seamless ad delivery • Collaborate with development teams to integrate and configure publishers and demand partners in Springserve Ad Server • Work directly with demand partners to troubleshoot request bid and fill rate optimization issues • Configure and manage supply and demand VAST tags and troubleshoot related issues • Analyze ad performance trends and adjust targeting rules, floor prices, and campaign parameters • Use Chrome DevTools to validate and troubleshoot player ad performance • Execute campaign setup, targeting, pacing, and optimization activities • Explore and leverage additional ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager • Collaborate with development, operations, and sales teams to enhance ad-serving capabilities and maximize revenue opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience and deep understanding of ad-serving technologies, including VAST, VPAID, Header Bidding, IO/PMP, and other relevant AdTech stacks • Previous developer experience within a demand-side or supply-side role, configuring and optimizing advertising setups • Familiarity with Springserve Ad server and ability to configure publishers and demand partners • Strong troubleshooting skills for request bid and fill rate optimization issues • Proficiency configuring and managing supply and demand VAST tags • Ability to analyze ad performance trends and make data-driven adjustments to targeting rules, floor prices, and campaign parameters • Experience using Chrome DevTools to validate and troubleshoot player ad performance • Familiarity with additional ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills
