📋 Description

• Implement DevOps practices to automate, deploy, and continuously monitor SaaS offerings • Automate SaaS deployments for public and private clouds • Develop scripts to improve monitoring-data visualization and reduce troubleshooting and resolution time • Configure security baselines during system build processes and incorporate security into infrastructure as code • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance • Continuously monitor production SaaS instances with team members • Develop and test operational continuity scenarios in SaaS test and staging environments • Improve operational robustness and develop recovery procedures • Collaborate with software architects on system improvements affecting customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent combination of skills and experience • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering • Strong background in Linux/Unix administration • Windows administration experience is a plus • Strong experience with automation/configuration management and infrastructure as code tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform • Strong experience deploying code to AWS EC2 and Lambda, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud • AWS Foundation/Practitioner certifications • Understanding of computer networking, network security, and communications encryption • PowerShell and Bash scripting experience • Experience with Python, Go, Perl, or equivalent scripting language • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Redis, RabbitMQ, Mongo Atlas, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kinesis, Lambda, Prometheus, Grafana/Loki, Azure AD, Okta, OAuth, AWS Cognito, and Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines • Understanding of cloud security solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS layers • Experience in incident response and management • Ability to react quickly and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances • Experience working in the Broadcast sector is helpful but not essential
