📋 Description

• Provide L3 engineering support for Palantir Foundry / Foundation environments • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues beyond L2 scope • Perform source code analysis and software defect correction • Support production pipelines, platform workflows and release activities • Investigate issues across data pipelines, integrations, applications and platform services • Support architecture and platform engineering activities • Implement application enhancements and technical improvements • Support emergency fixes, release validation and production stability • Work closely with client L2 support, development teams and platform stakeholders • Contribute to platform governance, change control and engineering standards • Support knowledge transfer, onboarding and documentation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial hands on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Foundation • Strong software engineering, DevOps, data engineering or platform engineering background • Experience working with production Palantir environments • Experience with source code analysis and defect correction • Experience building, maintaining or supporting Palantir applications, workflows or pipelines • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Ability to investigate complex production issues • Experience with release support, emergency fixes or production enhancements • Ability to work in an L3 support or engineering support model • Strong communication skills • Fluent English
