📋 Description

• Responsible for project management of development programs & coordination with various stakeholders including dedication to Amcor’ sustainability agenda • New Product Development project from idea to launch industrialization in Amcor and at the customer, including project costs management and trial cost budget, in coordination with the Cross Functional team • Management of the project portfolio in the Innovation Management System • Responsible for Improvement and Maintenance projects on existing products in coordination with Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Amcor Flexibles plants • Close cooperation with raw material suppliers and packaging machine manufacturers

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MS degree in Chemistry, Polymers or Material Science • Experience in packaging, plastic processing • Experience in medical market is an asset • Demonstrated successful experience in developing new platforms and advanced technologies • Passion for R&D and High Performance Culture oriented • Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills • A strong team player • Fluency in English is required, other European language is an asset
