📋 Description

• Manage software development projects from planning to delivery • Coordinate developers, QA teams, architects and technical leads • Work with international stakeholders, particularly in the US and Ireland • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies • Coordinate software releases, testing and implementation • Report project progress to international IT management • Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IT / Software Project Management experience • Experience managing software developers and technical teams • Previous experience in a large global organisation • Experience coordinating projects across multiple countries and time zones • Strong understanding of software development and SDLC • Agile / Scrum experience • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Fluent English • Payments, banking or financial services experience • Global Shared Services / GBS / SSC experience • Experience working directly with US and Ireland teams • Experience with international technology delivery centres • PMP / PRINCE2 certification
