• Performing regular maintenance and repair work on laboratory equipment and systems • Identifying and analysing technical faults in devices and systems • Installing and commissioning new equipment, including training laboratory personnel • Providing technical assistance and advice to customers • Accurately recording all work carried out including service reports • Managing the procurement, replacement, and stock of spare parts • Ensuring all equipment meets relevant quality standards • Coordinating the delivery and installation of equipment to laboratories • Supporting the sales team through participation in national trade fairs
• Completed training in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification • Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and diagnose complex systems • A self-motivated, solution-focused approach and a high degree of personal initiative • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to travel extensively across Switzerland • Solid IT proficiency, including MS Office and service software
