📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified customers and prospects using predictive dialer systems • Establish rapport and explain the purpose of calls • Complete customer qualification and insurance review assessments • Confirm policy details including provider, premium amount, cover level, and policy term • Gather customer information such as age, smoking status, and other qualifying factors • Identify life events or changed circumstances creating insurance review opportunities • Ask questions to uncover customer needs and protection gaps • Handle objections professionally • Complete data protection, compliance, and address verification checks • Transfer qualified customers to licensed advisers • Maintain accurate CRM records • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets • Deliver high-quality opportunities to the adviser team • Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven remote sales environment

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Professional and confident telephone manners • Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, insurance, financial services, BPO, or customer service • Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations • Proven objection-handling and persuasion skills • Strong attention to detail and accurate note-taking abilities • Experience working with CRM systems • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving performance targets • Reliable work ethic and professional attitude • Working hours aligned with UK business requirements
