📋 Description

• You’ll work under the close guidance of your CX Lead to help provide outstanding support to our customers around the world. • Answering client's inquiries • Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email. • Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries • General Research • Updating addresses and client information

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and can convey key conversational points concisely. • Availability to work weekends or having split-offs • Highly organized and can complete multiple projects concurrently. • Can calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations. • Resourceful and quick to learn.
