• Prior experience conducting interviews, assessments, or structured evaluations (recruitment, HR, or related field) • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and consistency across high-volume, repetitive work • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain a "no" as clearly as a "yes" • Comfort working inside a fixed daily structure (16 interviews, set time blocks, fixed shift) • Familiarity with digital tools and ability to pick up new platforms quickly (ATS systems, CRMs) • Strong attention to detail — you don't let documentation slip even on a busy day • A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment, not just filling a temporary gap.
