📋 Description

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles • Run Boolean searches across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and online communities • Test keyword combinations to identify qualified candidates • Log sourcing activity in Penthouse, Magic's in-house ATS • Collaborate with recruiters to define qualification criteria and align sourcing with timelines • Schedule candidates for niche and custom requisitions • Conduct candidate outreach and gauge genuine interest • Screen candidates for fit before endorsing them to recruiters • Keep candidates engaged and re-engage inactive candidates • Manage multiple sourcing requests and accounts • Meet KPI targets including Matching Interview Pass Rate, Hire Hit Rate, Drop-off Rate, and Daily Endorsements • Support general, niche, and custom-hire requisitions within Magic's Boutique team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of dedicated sourcing experience • Track record finding candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and online communities • Hands-on Boolean search and keyword optimization skills • Comfortable running multiple sourcing requests and accounts at once in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Professional English, written and verbal • WFH setup: 8GB+ RAM with an Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or better • 40 Mbps+ internet with backup • Noise-cancelling headset with mic and webcam • Backup computer and connection • Quiet dedicated workspace • Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PHT, or flexible start options of 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM
