🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping • Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable • Knowledge of payroll processing and bank reconciliation • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally • Experience supporting small businesses, startups, or multiple clients is a plus • Additional accounting or bookkeeping certifications preferred • Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following: • QuickBooks • Xero • NetSuite • Sage • FreshBooks • Wave Accounting • Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Bank reconciliation and journal entries • Invoice processing and billing management • Financial reporting and bookkeeping documentation • Payroll processing and payroll tax support • Accounts cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping • Expense tracking and budget monitoring • Data entry and financial record management • Month-end and year-end closing support • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management • Multi-entity bookkeeping support • Cloud-based accounting systems and financial tools
