📋 Description

• Lead the architectural design and development of scalable Ruby on Rails applications • Optimize database performance (primarily PostgreSQL) • Ensure code quality and reliability through automated testing (RSpec, Minitest) • Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver solutions • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of software development experience • At least 5 years focused extensively on Ruby on Rails • Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Experience with background job processing systems (e.g., Sidekiq, Redis) • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills in English • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment • Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
