📋 Description
• Liderar el diseño arquitectónico, desarrollo y evolución continua de aplicaciones backend escalables Ruby on Rails, asegurando mantenibilidad y rendimiento a largo plazo. • Colaborar de manera transversal con gerentes de producto, diseñadores y otros ingenieros para ofrecer soluciones integrales y resolver problemas interdisciplinarios complejos.
🎯 Requirements
• Al menos 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con al menos 5 años centrados principalmente en Ruby on Rails. • Sólida comprensión de tecnologías frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) y experiencia en integraciones de terceros. • Experiencia con sistemas de procesamiento de trabajos en segundo plano (por ejemplo, Sidekiq, Redis). • Experiencia utilizando metodologías ágiles de desarrollo (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
