📋 Description

• Collaborate with online shops in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion • Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team • Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration • Take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects • Develop email marketing and CRM strategies • Use and further develop best practices for managing send volumes • Conduct innovative tests for clients • Help drive clients’ growth rates and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus • Willingness to learn and work with new tools • Personable, approachable, and positive demeanor • Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies • Fluent German • Solid written and spoken English skills • Must be based in Germany, as this position is open exclusively to candidates in Germany
