📋 Description

• Plan the social media editorial calendar; • Develop content briefs and creative concepts for campaigns and recurring content; • Write scripts for short videos and content in various formats; • Produce captions, hooks, and copy for social media; • Create briefs for the Multimedia Designer and oversee production of materials; • Publish content and organize posting schedules; • Monitor trends, formats, and movements on major digital platforms; • Track performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements; • Work closely with the Community Manager, Designer, Performance Manager, and E-commerce team; • Support launch campaigns, promotional activities, and special activations; • Manage tasks with organization, accountability, and timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in social media management; • Excellent written communication; • Experience in content planning; • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms; • Experience creating editorial calendars; • Basic knowledge of social media metrics; • Strong organizational skills and self-management; • Good interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team; • Strong visual and cultural awareness; • Attention to detail and good aesthetic judgment.
