📋 Description

• Manage the entire QA lifecycle, from analyzing requirements and user stories for testability through test strategy and checklist design, test execution, and release-readiness reporting • Perform manual functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing • Conduct extensive API testing using tools such as Postman • Write and execute SQL queries to validate business logic, data integrity, and backend functionality • Identify, document, isolate, and track defects throughout their lifecycle • Collaborate with developers to facilitate defect resolution and verify fixes • Advocate for quality best practices and provide feedback on requirements during grooming sessions • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies • Share QA knowledge and best practices, mentor team members, and strengthen the company-wide culture of quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional QA experience testing complex web applications • Expertise in modern QA methodologies and test design techniques, including equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis • Mastery of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within Agile frameworks, including Scrum/Kanban • Practical experience writing complex SQL queries for database testing, backend validation, data integrity, and test data setup/teardown • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL • Foundational test automation experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium • Ability to read and understand JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python code • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical testing approach • Fluent English, written and spoken • Strong communication and collaboration skills with Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams
