📋 Description

• Lead implementation for new pilot clients by configuring agents, workflows, and automations for each client's use case • Act as the primary point of contact during the pilot period • Build trust and drive pilots toward successful paid conversion • Monitor client usage and agent performance to identify issues proactively • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, workflow failures, and agent behavior problems • Explain technical issues and resolutions clearly to clients • Document recurring issues and configuration patterns to improve onboarding and product setup • Partner with product and engineering teams to escalate and report bugs, edge cases, and feature gaps • Own the 30-day pilot-to-paid conversion process • Provide technical implementation and customer support to ensure successful adoption and measurable client value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success/support roles • Excellent written and spoken English • Comfort working with workflow/automation tools, including building or configuring automations, integrations, or no-code/low-code workflows • Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to identify root causes • Background in Customer Success, Technical Support, Solutions/Implementation, or a related technology role • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to own multiple client accounts simultaneously • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n and Zapier • Must have own equipment, including a laptop and stable internet connection • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is advantageous or nice to have • Experience in QA, testing, or bug-hunting is advantageous or nice to have • Experience with AI agent platforms, chatbot/voice agent configuration, or similar tools is advantageous or nice to have • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is advantageous or nice to have
