📋 Description

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Business AI Cloud use cases, from requirements through configuration, testing, and go-live • Build AI agents and multi-step workflows in Agent Builder, including prompts, actions, guardrails, and pre-launch simulation and testing • Set up knowledge pipelines by connecting content and data sources, configuring retrieval (RAG), and validating answer accuracy against agreed test sets • Build and manage integrations with contact-centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, and Amazon Connect; CRM and service platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow; and data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, using REST APIs and webhooks • Conduct user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and tune agent behaviour before production release • Create technical documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and runbooks for client handover • Work with project managers to keep delivery milestones on time and within scope • Collaborate with senior architects and forward deployed engineers to align solutions with clients' broader technology stacks

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration • Fresh graduates should hold relevant cloud, data, or AI certifications and show hands-on project experience with LLM applications or chatbots • Working knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON), SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python preferred) • Understanding of LLM application patterns: prompt design, retrieval (RAG), agent workflows, and testing and evaluation of AI outputs • Experience with contact-centre, CRM, or enterprise data platforms is a strong advantage • Strong organisation and communication skills for client-facing delivery • English language
