📋 Description

• Lead or support the technical implementation of Sprinklr modules (Social, Service, Marketing, Insights) for enterprise clients • Design and execute complex platform configurations, including rule engines, custom reporting, and user-governance models • Manage API integrations between Sprinklr and third-party enterprise systems, such as CRM, CDP, and Data Lakes • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects prior to production deployment • Create detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for client handovers • Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope • Deliver end-to-end Sprinklr solution implementation from initial requirement gathering through system architecture, configuration, testing, and go-live • Collaborate with data engineering and AI teams to integrate the platform into clients' broader technology ecosystems

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration • Fresh graduates must possess valid Sprinklr implementation or architecture certifications • Proven ability to configure complex SaaS platforms and understand relational data structures • Familiarity with API protocols (REST, JSON) and enterprise integration patterns • Strong project-management mindset and ability to handle multiple client deliverables simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing delivery
