📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert on Sprinklr capabilities, advising clients on best practices for Social, Care, Marketing, and Research modules • Translate client business requirements into technical configurations and workflow designs within the Sprinklr platform • Lead product demonstrations, user-training sessions, and feature-adoption workshops for enterprise clients • Audit existing client configurations and recommend optimization strategies to improve platform ROI • Stay up-to-date with Sprinklr’s product roadmap, new feature releases, and industry trends in customer experience management • Collaborate with delivery consultants to ensure solutions are deployed according to best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product management, implementation, or digital marketing technology • Fresh graduates must possess valid Sprinklr certifications • Strong understanding of CXM concepts • Hands-on experience configuring workflows, rules, and reporting dashboards within Sprinklr or similar enterprise platforms • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements • Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills
