📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management • Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels • Recruit for both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the French market • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and market insights • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability • Manage multiple recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS • Collaborate with international recruitment teams to meet hiring objectives and service level agreements (SLAs)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment • Fluent French and good communication skills in English • Experience recruiting white-collar and blue-collar profiles • Strong active sourcing and candidate engagement skills • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
