📋 Description

• Work on implementation, support, and enhancement projects for SAP Business One • Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with clients • Map processes and identify improvement opportunities • Perform system parameterization, configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing • Provide functional support and resolve client tickets and requests • Analyze inconsistencies and propose solutions aligned with business needs • Support the definition and validation of customizations, integrations, and developments in collaboration with technical teams • Work with Crystal Reports, including report creation and/or maintenance • Work with add-ons and complementary solutions for SAP Business One • Prepare functional documentation and support materials • Conduct user training and provide guidance • Manage client requests, ensuring close and consultative engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with SAP Business One • Experience implementing and/or supporting the solution • Knowledge of requirements gathering and process analysis • Experience with parameterization, testing, and user acceptance testing • Knowledge of Crystal Reports • Familiarity with SAP Business One add-ons, integrations, and customizations • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients • Analytical, consultative, and problem-solving mindset • Preferred: experience with accounting and tax processes in SAP Business One • Preferred: knowledge of tax processes and electronic tax documents • Preferred: experience with SPED and ancillary tax obligations • Preferred: knowledge of NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e, and other tax documents • Preferred: knowledge of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, withholding taxes, and other taxes • Preferred: experience with tax and accounting add-ons • Preferred: experience with the impact of Brazilian tax reform on SAP Business One • Preferred: experience working with different industries and business scenarios
