📋 Description

• Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders • Assist with resource scheduling so team members have the resources needed to complete tasks • Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle • Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budgets, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the Project Manager • Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks • Proactively support team members when finalizing all deliverables • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks • Ensure the project management framework is well-organized and runs smoothly • Communicate with various departments to maintain alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in the Project Coordinator role • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Highly organized and detail conscious • Ability to work independently • Ability to conduct formal presentations to all the levels of management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Master’s Degree in business administration, and management • Project Management Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar • Working knowledge of Project Management software like Wrike, Scoro, or similar
