📋 Description

• Acquire and manage your own client base • Advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline • Discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies • Independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment • Maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist • Provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers • Collaborate closely with international teams and provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live in caregivers (if working remotely) • Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care (if working in an office) • Enjoy making phone calls and convincingly engaging with caregivers • Personable, open, and communicative personality • Willingness to learn quickly and push things forward • Speak Bulgarian fluently (C2) and either good English or German • Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage
