📋 Description

• Responsible for acquiring and managing your own client base • Advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline • Independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact • Maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys • Provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers • Collaborate closely with international teams to improve processes and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live-in caregivers if remote • Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live-in care if working in-office • Fluent in Croatian (C2 level) and good English or German (>B2) • Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage.
