📋 Description

• Work hand-in-hand with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap • Design, develop, and own end-to-end complex features or software components • Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code • Help develop and establish engineering best practices and culture • Collaborate with Design and Operations teams • Build scalable SaaS products and contribute to technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience • 1+ years of experience contributing to system design or architecture of new or existing systems • Solid background in algorithms and data structures • Solid backend experience and meaningful frontend experience • TypeScript experience, including Node/Nest and React • Experience building AI-powered software solutions using LLMs, RAG, and MCPs • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Previous startup experience or experience thriving in an unstructured environment • Experience with a B2B SaaS product, analytics, or tools for Finance teams • Exposure to and interest in Finance, especially FP&A • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote environment • Product-minded approach and willingness to own projects from start to finish
