📋 Description

• Check LC/SBLC/Collection documents under Export/Import according to bank policies and ICC guidelines • Lodge transactions in the processing system across Trade Finance business segments • Check documents against L/C or SBLC under UCP/ISBP/ISP, applicable ICC guidelines, and internal bank policies • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Input documents into the system and prepare SWIFT messages for advising • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head • Share errors and knowledge gaps resulting in document rejection with the line manager/team to address customer service issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Payment Operations • Experience in handling NY Payments (FED/CHIPS), including expert-level knowledge of MT 100 series, MT 200 series, and MT 700 series • Knowledge of ISO MX messages • 2–3 years of document-checking experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work under pressure and be a good team player • Willingness to work in US shifts
