📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables • Design and develop business intelligence solutions, including data analytics platforms and reporting tools, with a focus on Power BI • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Create visualizations and reports to support decision-making processes and provide insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs, and propose effective technical solutions • Work closely with core function teams to develop requirements for on-premises and cloud data lakes, estimate efforts, and design optimal solutions • Handle critical applications and ensure their smooth operation, supporting key bank management decisions and regulatory reporting • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and business intelligence • Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing data-focused teams • Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data analytics tools • Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts • Experience with cloud-based data lakes, such as Azure Data Lake, is highly advantageous • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and their impact on financial and non-financial aspects • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines • A passion for data-driven innovation and a commitment to continuous learning and development
