📋 Description

• Own all applications in the cluster end to end • Maintain sound knowledge of all applications in the cluster • Develop application roadmaps • Accountable for project and URF deliveries for the cluster • Ensure application stability • Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues • Ensure project milestones, budgets, schedules, and risks are managed • Engage with architecture and implement non-functional requirements and documentation • Prepare root cause analyses and present them to service management • Ensure solutions meet business expectations, deliver value, and adhere to technology standards • Manage quality, cost, and schedules for assigned technology projects • Implement change management processes for Technology deliverables • Optimize technology solutions based on business requirements, existing applications, technology trends, operating cost, scalability, and stability • Manage regulatory, control, audit, and team/project risks • Deliver technology changes with Business, Technology Operations, Technology Architects, ISG, and vendors • Minimize technology delivery costs by utilizing existing applications • Build and maintain relationships with business partners • Liaise with functional teams, TOPS, and stakeholders to close business issues and concerns • Ensure the appropriateness of technology solutions delivered to assigned bank business/support units • Support business analysis, solution management, and UAT management • Implement LEAN practices across Technology solution delivery • Keep management informed of risks, issues, and status • Adhere to the bank's operational risk policy • Engage with people

🎯 Requirements

• Domain Knowledge in Financial Services • Functional and technology knowledge on applications within the cluster • Exposure of developing and supporting large complex systems • Latest technology trends in the relevant cluster • Cross border team management experience • Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities • Senior Stakeholder Management • 12 to 15 years of experience • Certification in technology will be added advantage
