• Define and execute the quality strategy for the Wholesale Digital Studio • Lead QA teams across multiple squads, including Unified Portal and CCLM • Establish governance, automation, and continuous improvement practices across the digital studio • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Architecture teams • Embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle • Align engineering outcomes with business objectives and product needs • Advance an Automation-First and AI-Assisted Quality Engineering model • Improve test effectiveness, prevent defects, accelerate delivery, and increase quality efficiency
