📋 Description

• Verify mortgage, home loan, SME, loan-against-property, and auto loan documentation against operating guidelines, credit approvals, and SOPs • Prepare documentation checklists, record discrepancies, and raise exceptions • Execute loan disbursals and update loan fields in the system • Post accurate financial transactions and forward cases to Checker for authorization • Handle loan servicing requests including settlements, postponements, rescheduling, due-date changes, insurance switches, loan amendments, and release letters • Issue LPOs for auto loans and execute liens/releases in the system • Maintain maker-checker controls, documentation quality, transaction accuracy, and adherence to ADM requirements • Update and circulate MIS trackers, track deferrals and insurance, and prepare monthly declaration reports • Perform GL reconciliations, ensure nil exceptions, and circulate reports to stakeholders • Track system issues, liaise with departments on resolution, participate in UATs, and support automation changes • Review and resolve customer complaints and support ad hoc business requests • Coordinate with the onshore team to meet SLA and TAT requirements • Assist the team leader with day-to-day queries and issues • Meet KPI, accuracy, quality, customer satisfaction, SLA, and TAT benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate with 1-3 years’ work experience in operations • Excellent analytical skills • Good system skills, MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point), MS Outlook • Experience in banking policies and credit parameters • Possess good communication, interpersonal skills
