📋 Description

• Process Centralized Account Management Unit activities in accordance with policies, procedures, and delivery standards • Review account-opening forms and relevant documents for setup and maintenance of PVT/SME customers • Review, verify, and process customer requests for online banking products and services via internet and mobile phone • Activate and process all types of accounts and online banking products and services • Support marketing and sales teams with value-added services • Adhere to defined SLAs and productivity requirements • Process cases with 99% accuracy and nil escalations • Centrally process account opening, maintenance, signature verification, investment placement, and online banking products and services for UAE and Doha branches • Ensure strict compliance with bank policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of PVT/SME activities and online banking products and services through internet and mobile phones • Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and local/international rules and regulations • Familiarity with operating systems, systems and procedures, and branch-related functions • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks
