📋 Description

• Process Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities in accordance with policies, procedures, and delivery standards • Review account opening forms and relevant documents for setup and maintenance of PVT/SME customers • Review, verify, and process customer requests for online banking products and services through internet and mobile phone • Activate and process all types of accounts and online banking products and services • Support marketing and sales teams through efficient, value-added service delivery • Process centralized account opening, maintenance, signature verification, investment placement, and online banking products and services for UAE and Doha branches • Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and acceptable customer satisfaction levels

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of PVT/SME activities and online banking products and services through internet and mobile phones • Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and local/international rules and regulations • Conversant with operating systems, systems and procedures, and branch-related functions • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills • Capable of handling multiple tasks • Strict compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures • Ability to meet defined SLA and productivity standards • Ability to process cases with 99% accuracy and achieve nil escalations
