📋 Description

• Ideate, build, and deliver solutions according to business expectations • Implement BAW, microservices, and API gateway projects within baselined schedule, budget, and scope • Oversee development, BAU handling, quality, and compliance controls • Manage a diversified team responsible for critical service delivery and support • Ensure service delivery and support for applications requiring 24*7 support across multiple locations • Maintain microservices stability and uptime through infrastructure reviews and monitoring • Lead deliverables while interacting with business units • Debug and resolve production issues while avoiding business impact • Build and manage reusable components in the internal framework • Implement microservices for multiple teams across the organization • Estimate, propose, design, build, and document solutions • Analyze existing systems and identify core processes and rules for conversion to BPM workflow frameworks • Customize legacy utilities for reuse and decoupling from monolithic architecture • Model and develop microservices according to architecture standards • Conduct change management activities, process definitions, implementations, and user familiarization • Provide solution guidance and advisory services across environments and systems • Carry out process improvements and reduce interdependencies among support groups • Develop application blueprints, roadmaps, and data migration strategies • Troubleshoot performance issues and handle scalability and high availability • Work with Agile project management, vendor management, and commercial management

🎯 Requirements

• About 9 to 12 years of experience with End-to-End Implementation and various support Projects of Enterprise Software Applications • Implementation exposure on microservices architecture using Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, JSPs, React JS, Bootstrap, and BPM workflow implementations through Microservices API Connect • Ability to envision digital assets and align with MOFT standards of implementation • Strong technical knowledge of IBM BAW, Oracle DB, WebLogic, WebSphere, Java, JSF, Ajax, J2EE, SOA, ESB, JMS, Web Services, EJB, and JAAS • Deep knowledge of technology solutions and operational process activities • Logical and analytical abilities in decision making • Thorough banking applications and functional knowledge
