📋 Description

• Check Export payment Discount under Export/Import according to the Bank's internal policies and ICC guidelines • Check documents against L/C or SBLC according to UCP/ISBP/ISP, applicable ICC guidelines, and bank policies • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Input documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head • Share errors and knowledge gaps resulting in document rejection with the line manager/team • Manage customer expectations and work on automation projects • Participate in team huddles and provide solutions to issues • Implement solutions quickly and work with the onshore unit for seamless client delivery • Ensure efficient transaction processing, service-standard adherence, and quality service • Act as final checker of import or export bill documents and ensure consistency among checkers • Ensure procedures in the relevant manual are followed during transaction processing • Recommend actions regarding changes in laws, ICC rules, government regulations, and bank policies • Take corrective and preventive action based on customer complaints, operations errors, and quality/RCSA analysis • Escalate errors, customer complaints, service defects, and issues to the manager • Lead a team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Trade experience of 3-4 years is a must • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details and strong analytical skills • Able to work under pressure • Excellent organizational skills • Good team player • Must possess managerial capability to lead a team • Knowledge and accurate interpretation of ICC publications, internal bank policies, global compliance scenarios, Trade Based Money Laundering, and geopolitical situations
