• Gestionar las llamadas entrantes y salientes de clientes • Resolver consultas y problemas técnicos de manera eficiente • Coordinar con otros departamentos para asegurar la atención al cliente • Analizar las estadísticas de llamadas para mejorar los procesos • Mantener un registro actualizado de las interacciones con los clientes
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia previa en roles similares en contact center • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de llamadas • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno remoto con alta autonomía • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas • Estudios Universidad / Carrera Profesional
