📋 Description

• Write readable, testable, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code with an OOP approach • Own backend features from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, and deployment • Write documentation for delivered code and technical decisions • Review other developers’ code and provide constructive feedback and knowledge sharing • Design and modify basic database structures and API contracts • Propose pragmatic improvements and proactive ideas for the product and team processes • Share insights to diagnose issues, communicate risks, and focus on solutions • Participate in project discussions, refinements, and technical decision-making • Understand client needs and suggest practical solutions after team consultation • Support less experienced team members through code review, explanations, and pair programming • Use AI tools responsibly, verifying and adapting results to production standards • Collaborate with US clients across FinTech, SportsTech, MedTech, and other industries

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Node.js • Good experience with at least one Node.js backend framework, such as Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including static typing, advanced types, and TypeScript compiler configuration • Experience with NoSQL and/or in-memory databases • Experience with SQL databases and ORM or query builder tools such as Prisma or Knex • Hands-on experience contributing to AI-powered backend features, such as LLM API integration, basic RAG flows, or simple agent-style workflows • Practical understanding of AI/LLM context, prompts, and limitations • English level B2 • Polish level C1 • Ability to work with different frameworks and understand MVP priorities • Strong problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of SOLID and KISS principles • Knowledge of design and architecture patterns • Knowledge of Docker and GitHub Actions • Basic usage of AWS services • Agile/Scrum experience, Docker, AWS, and early-stage product development experience are nice to have
