âą Own a smartphone or tablet for conducting condition reports âą Valid professional liability insurance âą Self-employed / independent contractor status âą Valid driver's license (category B) and personal vehicle âą Attention to detail, thoroughness, and diplomacy âą Excellent interpersonal skills âą Experience in the real estate sector, including performing condition reports and property viewings âą Flexible availability, including willingness to work outside regular office hours âą Comfortable with digital tools and mobile apps
