• Conducting move-in and/or move-out condition reports (check-in/check-out walkthroughs) • Organizing and conducting rental property viewings
🎯 Requirements
• Own a smartphone or tablet for conducting condition reports • Valid professional liability insurance • Self-employed / independent contractor status • Valid driver's license (category B) and personal vehicle • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and diplomacy • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience in the real estate sector, including performing condition reports and property viewings • Flexible availability, including willingness to work outside regular office hours • Comfortable with digital tools and mobile apps
