📋 Description

• Architect and implement production-grade integrations and distributed data systems for enterprise customers • Transform legacy ETL/ELT workflows into modern, autonomous data pipelines • Work across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes • Integrate AI APIs including OpenAI and Anthropic • Use AI code generation tools to accelerate delivery and enable Maia’s agentic capabilities • Take technical solutions from kickoff to production within an 8–12 week Accelerator window • Own delivery outcomes • Alternate between deep technical problem-solving and strategic alignment conversations with customer executives • Lead technical deployment and implementation of the Maia Foundation platform • Drive customer adoption and solve complex technical challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building production-grade software, with strong programming ability in Python, SQL, and API development or equivalent • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, gained as a Data Engineer, DBA, or similar • Strong grasp of data architecture and data structures • Ability to assess and redesign customer data environments as part of a migration • Readiness to flex across technical delivery, customer communication, and initially commercial support • Track record of completing migration and deployment outcomes to a defined timeline • Experience working directly with customer stakeholders • Located in-region in Sydney, Australia
